KLO's crews handled substrate prep, installed a fanfold recovery board over the modified bitumen base, and completed a PVC membrane roof system — with night shifts scheduled around campus operations to keep production moving without disrupting the buildings below.
Active production ran 2.5 weeks. The project's full calendar span was longer — a scheduling gap for a required third-party inspection, outside KLO's control, not a slowdown in the work itself. Every day of production was photographed, time-stamped, and reported to the general contractor's team, from substrate prep through the finished membrane field.
